Post-event Evaluation

For Zoom Webinars:
All online participants are REQUIRED to fulfil the following requirements to obtain CME accreditation and Attendance Certificate of the day:

Attend a minimum of 50% of the length of the programme on the same day.

Complete the Post-event Evaluation & the Learning Point(s) on the same day. And submit them on or before Monday, 21 July 2025.

CNE point would be accredited by actual attendance time.
For Face-to-face Workshop:
All participants including doctors and nurses are reminded to take attendance at registration counter, and sign attendance sheet (other HKAM colleges, MCHK etc) as appropriate.

For eligible attendees, Electronic Attendance Certificate/ CNE Certifying Letter (for 11 July 2025 only) of HKPCC 2025 will be disseminated through email by the end of July, 2025.
