Post-event Evaluation

For Zoom Webinars:
All online participants are REQUIRED to fulfil the following requirements to obtain CME accreditation and Attendance Certificate of the day:

Attend a minimum of 50% of the length of the programme on the same day.

Complete the Post-event Evaluation & the Learning Point(s) on the same day. And submit them on or before Monday, 6 July 2026.

CNE point would be accredited by actual attendance time.
Face-to-face session (Dinner Symposium/ Workshop):
All participants, including doctors and nurses, are reminded to take attendance at registration counter, and sign the attendance sheet for other HKAM colleges and MCHK where required before leaving.

Submission deadline: 6 July 2026 (Monday)
For eligible attendees, Electronic Attendance Certificate of HKPCC 2026 will be disseminated through email by the end of July, 2026.
